Hot N Healthy (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Hot N Healthy mobile application and related services (the “App”). Hot N Healthy is designed to help eligible users locate restaurants and food providers that participate in the SNAP Restaurant Meals Program (RMP), where Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) can be used to purchase hot meals.

We do not collect, request, store, or require any personal information. This includes, but is not limited to: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, Social Security number, government-issued identification, gender, sex, demographic information, religious beliefs, political views, payment information, account credentials, or any other identifying data. You may use the App without creating an account or providing any personal details.

The App uses your device’s location services solely to display nearby participating SNAP Restaurant Meals Program locations and to provide directions. Location access is required for the core functionality of the App. We do not store, log, sell, retain, or associate precise location data with any individual. Location data is processed in real time and is not linked to a user’s identity.

We may process non-personal, anonymous, and aggregated usage information such as general app usage counts, feature usage statistics, and performance metrics. This information cannot be used to identify any individual user and is used only to maintain app functionality, improve performance, ensure reliability, and demonstrate general usage trends for auditing or reporting purposes.

Because Hot N Healthy does not collect personal data, we do not sell, trade, rent, or share personal information. No personal data is shared with advertisers, third parties, government agencies, or data brokers. Any aggregated or anonymous statistics that may be shared externally contain no personal or identifying information.

The App may rely on third-party services, such as mapping or navigation providers, strictly to deliver essential functionality. These third-party services operate independently and are governed by their own privacy policies.

Hot N Healthy does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because no personal data is collected at all, the App may be used without providing identifying information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
